Position Overview and Duties:
Ensure a secure work environment for yourself, RK teams, and all personnel on-site. Support Corporate Safety Managers as needed. Act as a liaison for customer satisfaction and public relations. Dedicate the majority of your time to installation tasks and related responsibilities. Operate within the boundaries of trade-specific project budgets. Guarantee superior craftsmanship on installations specific to your trade. Strategize the installation approach and procedures for your trade. Coordinate with CPMI for your specific trade. Organize daily and weekly activities related to your trade. Manage requisitions for materials, tools, and equipment pertinent to your trade. Maintain the appropriate journeyman to apprentice ratio for your trade. Foster positive and professional relationships with all clients, both external and internal. Address and resolve conflicts effectively.

Qualifications:
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

All employees are responsible for safety and health and have the authority to halt work if an unsafe condition arises.

Employees must promptly inform their supervisor to rectify any hazards.

RK Mechanical staff and subcontractors are expected to implement and uphold all safety and health system practices, including the training requirements of RK Mechanical Orientation, site-specific orientation, CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Identification and Reporting, and OSHA 30.

A minimum of a Journeyman Electrical License is required for the Construction Crew Leader position.

Minimum Physical Requirements:
Work in various environments, including dusty, noisy, and hazardous areas. Ability to work at heights, in tight spaces, and confined areas. Climb, balance, squat, kneel, and crouch as necessary. Work in all weather conditions. Must possess a working knowledge of all trade materials and tools. Capability to lift and carry weights ranging from 51 to 75 lbs. occasionally, and/or 31 to 45 lbs. frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 16 to 22 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
