We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Program Manager to join our Apple AIML organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving highly cross-functional projects that leverage innovative machine learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to define key deliverables and measure quality of Apple Intelligence features.
- Develop and execute project timelines with clear dependencies, critical path, and systematic methodology to communicate status.
- Work with data science and data engineering teams to develop data collection and evaluation solutions.
- Collaborate with annotation operation teams to optimize and lead human data collection and evaluations efforts.
- Work with engineering, privacy, and legal teams to develop safe data collection and evaluation practices.
- 8+ years of experience in driving large-scale program building machine learning powered products.
- Excellent program management skills, including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently.
- Experience working with data science dashboards, reporting, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to discover opportunities for impact and better user experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.
- BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or equivalent.
