About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Hilton Mystic. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing social and corporate catering events, along with group blocks from an assigned market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Perform proactive sales efforts to maximize revenue streams and meet assigned market goals.
  • Customer and Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and secure new business opportunities.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and agreements with end-user customers and intermediaries.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Catering Sales experience with a focus on Social Catering.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to travel (limited) and adapt to schedule changes.
  • Skills: Highly professional presentations and oral and written communication skills, experience in managing/using sales automation (Delphi.fdc preferred) & PMS Systems preferred.
