Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Video Poker Technician to join our team at Cash Magic—Shreveport. As a key member of our gaming department, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct operation of video poker machines at designated truck stop locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the correct operation of video poker machines and perform routine preventative maintenance.
  • Responsible for all aspects of device repair, machine conversions, changing class, and EPROM replacement.
  • Perform all responsibilities in accordance with Company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for completion of all necessary end-of-day paperwork and forwarding any end-of-day reports to the appropriate personnel.
  • Responsible for inventory and tracking of parts on hand.
  • Responsible for maintaining assigned company vehicle, including repairs and maintenance, oil changes, cleaning, etc.
  • Available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Moves bases and machines as necessary at properties.
  • Attend regular Gaming Department meetings and share knowledge, work, and repair methods with staff.
  • Responsible for adhering to all Company policies and procedures regarding the maintenance of key control of all gaming devices.
  • Must establish a thorough familiarity with all test equipment and support equipment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • 4 years of experience in the gaming/technical environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents as well as write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Identification that establishes identity.
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States.
  • Must possess a valid Louisiana driving license.
