Provider Solutions & Development is actively looking for dedicated Critical Care Intensivists to deliver exceptional night-time support. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality care in a bustling critical care environment.
- Employment Type: Full-time 1099 position with a one-year contract guarantee, with potential for extension.
- Shift Details: Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, with some flexibility.
- ICU Environment: Engage in a busy, high-acuity ICU with 40-50 beds.
- Support System: Comprehensive resources and assistance available to facilitate a smooth transition into the role.
- Independence Required: Must be adept at working autonomously in a high-stakes setting.
- New Graduates Welcome: Open to candidates fresh out of training; however, prior experience in critical care is a significant advantage.
- Certification: Candidates must be Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Critical Care Medicine, with an expectation to obtain certification.
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $220.00 to $240.00, with potential for additional productivity bonuses and incentives.
