As a key member of our management team, the Office Administration Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and coordination of our office operations. This role requires a high level of organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a background in business administration and be able to develop and implement effective policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include supervising office personnel, analyzing and improving office procedures, developing and implementing policies and procedures, preparing and reviewing financial reports, and maintaining a professional appearance. We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
