Overview:
This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our financial center. Availability for scheduling around operational hours is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience at the Financial Center by addressing every customer need from service to sales with enthusiasm and dedication. You will provide clients with a comprehensive experience to meet all their financial requirements, from account setup and management to transaction processing. Emphasizing customer-focused discussions will help deepen relationships and establish you as a trusted advisor. You will actively promote a range of banking solutions to enhance customer service experiences and assist them in achieving their financial objectives. The time spent on various aspects of this universal role will fluctuate based on customer traffic and needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate proactive sales discussions through internal and external interactions, including outbound calls, inbound contact center inquiries, appointment scheduling, and effective engagement in the lobby.
  • Utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other tools to facilitate relationship-building conversations with clients and ensure a consistent approach to onboarding new customers and expanding existing relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for consumer and small business lending and collaborate with the centralized lending team to ensure favorable customer outcomes.
  • Manage risk by adhering to relevant regulations and company policies, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to clients regarding products and services. Execute customer maintenance requests, accurately process transactions, assist with operational tasks, and maintain flexibility between sales and transaction duties.
  • Leverage practical knowledge of digital solutions and technology to assist clients and resolve issues.

Qualifications:
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Experience

2 or more years of customer service or sales experience. (Required)

Other Duties as Assigned by Manager:
This role may involve additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager. Each employee is accountable for understanding and acting upon the contents of all company-assigned compliance programs, regulations, and policies, ensuring that all compliance training is completed by established deadlines. This includes recognizing and identifying compliance risks affecting their department(s) and escalating such risks to the appropriate management level.

We establish standard salary ranges for our roles based on position, function, and responsibilities, benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including the candidate's knowledge, skills, work experience, and relevant credentials. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $27.16.
