HR Representative

ImageCare Radiology is a medical imaging healthcare company with a strong presence in New Jersey. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Representative to join our dynamic HR team.

The Human Resource Representative will assist the Recruiting representatives, Regional Directors, and PEO/HRO service with complex and specialized administrative tasks, including reviewing job applications, managing records, and generating reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

1. Maintains accurate records of employee contact information, job classification, pay rates, and organizational structure.
2. Reviews applications for entry-level and non-exempt positions, conducts preliminary interviews, and manages internal and external job postings.
3. Performs administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to staffing changes, including layoffs, resignations, terminations, and extended leaves of absence.
4. Assists with the administration of employee benefits, including collecting and submitting employee information and notice of change in status to health, dental, life, disability, and other insurance carriers or insurance brokers.
5. Plans and supports company-wide information meetings, such as open enrollment, new hire orientation, and meetings to announce or discuss changes in retirement or benefits plans.
6. Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, including I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, payroll audits, and other compliance reviews.
7. Performs other duties as assigned, including maintaining HIPAA practices and training.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• SHRM certification or equivalent, such as HRCI, is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR role or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
