- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment to determine the root cause of problems.
- Follow schematics, blueprints, and manuals to ensure proper maintenance procedures are followed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and document completed tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and facilities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Experience in performing maintenance tasks in an industrial setting.
- Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
