Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment to determine the root cause of problems.
  • Follow schematics, blueprints, and manuals to ensure proper maintenance procedures are followed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
  • Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and document completed tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Experience in performing maintenance tasks in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems.
  • Familiarity with HVAC/R systems is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
