Mobile Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team at Getlabs, a leading platform for at-home diagnostics. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will play a crucial role in collecting labs, vitals, and advanced diagnostics from patients' homes. With a strong focus on patient experience, we strive to deliver exceptional care and expand access to diagnostics for everyone.
About the Role:
This is a part-time position, working Monday to Friday, 5am-10am. We are looking for candidates with strong phlebotomy skills, who can work independently with minimal supervision. If you have experience working in hospitals, offices, or mobile environments, we would love to hear from you
The ideal candidate will be friendly, empathetic, and compassionate, with a genuine interest in delivering outstanding patient experiences. Our team members are not just phlebotomists, but also ambassadors of our brand, promoting the quality of our services through every interaction with patients.
In this role, you will:
- Visit patients in their homes or offices, collect samples, and process them accurately.
- Communicate effectively with our operations and patient experience teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
Requirements:
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
- At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, preferably in mobile settings.
- Certification from a national agency, such as American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
- A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
