Leasing Specialist

Avanti Residential LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to provide support to various communities in the Denver metro area. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel between different locations within the specified region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead in-person tours for prospective residents, selling the units to encourage application submittal.
- Work on improving occupancy and preventing stale units through marketing and analyzing the local market.
- Enhance the move-in experience after residents have signed their leases with the Application Admin.
- Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive move-in orientations for new residents, ensuring they are equipped with essential information about the property, amenities, and community policies.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively over writing, phone, and computer mediums.
- Use of technology including computer software and iPad.
- Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
- Annual or quarterly bonuses based on performance and KPIs.
