Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative in our Banking Division, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their financial transactions and delivering essential banking services. Your role will involve ensuring precision in all transactions while fostering robust customer relationships through attentive service and proactive engagement. A comprehensive understanding of our financial products and services is essential to enhance account relationships with both new and existing clients. This position necessitates effective communication with customers in person, via drive-thru, and over the phone. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Your Responsibilities:

Sales & Service:

  • Implement the Sales and Service strategy while assisting customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive banking experience.
  • Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring accurate currency levels.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our banking products to assist customers effectively.
  • Utilize banking software for transaction processing and customer account management.
  • Understand how your role contributes to the bank's strategic objectives.
  • Work towards achieving personal and team goals.
  • Represent the bank positively within the community.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to foster brand loyalty.

Quality Assurance:

  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures to minimize errors.
  • Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and comply with regulations.
  • Follow security protocols to safeguard bank assets and customer information.
  • Quickly identify and rectify errors as they arise.
  • Reconcile cash drawers and balance transactions at the end of the day.
  • Exercise sound judgment to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all dealings.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma is required, along with relevant experience or a combination of education and experience that meets the position's competencies. Experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred.
