Banking Specialist Apprenticeship

Our 2.5-year apprenticeship program as a banking specialist is designed to equip you with the knowledge and hands-on experience required to excel in this field.

• Customer Consultation: You'll learn how to provide expert advice to customers on credit transactions, payment transactions, and money and capital investments.
• Theoretical Knowledge: You'll acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge during your time at vocational school to take your final exam as a banking specialist at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
• Risk Culture: You'll be introduced to our risk culture and develop a sense of responsibility in the proactive handling of risks within the bank.

• Support Customers: You'll independently support customers in your branch, providing expert advice and guidance on banking products and services.
• Develop Your Skills: You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in areas such as customer consultation, risk management, and financial analysis.
