  • Manage medical records, including scanning, filing, and preparing records for scheduling.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in medical office processes.
  • 1+ years of experience with EMR software, such as ECW.
  • 1+ years of related work experience, including data entry.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
