  • Maintains high performance standards, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Interacts positively and respectfully with all team members, demonstrating enthusiasm and support for the organization and its objectives.
  • Makes informed, logical decisions that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

  • Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively and meet departmental objectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications across multiple platforms.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • High School diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Completion of a probationary period and relevant training programs is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following skills are desirable:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • At least one year of experience in the auto insurance sector.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
