About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Contact Center to join our team at Christian Care Ministry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of contact center front-line associates, ensuring effective service delivery and excellence in serving our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of contact center representatives to achieve exceptional service standards and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Monitor and analyze contact center performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team goals.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
