We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient and timely production of goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and direct activities to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Implement and manage work orders and production schedules to meet production goals.
- Utilize CNC lathe technology to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Manage inventory and materials to ensure optimal levels are maintained.
- Conduct first article inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Implement safety management practices to create a safe and healthy work environment.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness in all processes.
- Lead production planning efforts to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role.
- Proven experience with CNC lathe, work orders, production scheduling, first article, inventory, material management, safety management, budgeting, and production planning.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using business software, including Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
