Chief Financial Officer

Omada Search is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the accounting and financial operations of the company. This is a pivotal role that requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing and heavy truck industries, as well as strong leadership to guide the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate profit and loss reporting across multiple business units, providing clear financial insights.
  • Develop financial strategies and improve overall financial health.
  • Collaborate with the Controller and General Counsel to maintain financial oversight of acquisitions and business operations.
  • Lead the preparation and due diligence for future mergers and acquisitions.
  • Evaluate and optimize current systems and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally within the manufacturing or heavy truck industries. Experience managing complex financial environments with multiple business units is essential.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced financial qualification is a plus.
  • Systems: Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics F&O is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and payable processes and cash flow management.
  • Experience with multi-unit profit and loss reporting and financial forecasting.
  • M&A experience, particularly in supporting the financial aspects of acquisitions and integration.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
