Compensation: Competitive Pay
Key Responsibilities:- Perform specimen collection, occasionally under direct observation.
- Flexibility to travel to various office locations as directed by management.
- Collect, verify, and input patient information, ensuring accuracy of written and electronic medical records.
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.
- Essential: Exhibit a strong customer service orientation, effectively communicating with patients, supervisors, and colleagues.
- Essential: Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Willingness to assist at other sites as needed to ensure coverage for all clients.
- Timely processing of specimens for transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the collection area.
- Support the client services team in resolving discrepancies.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Engage in continuous improvement and standardization efforts.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of organizational policies related to patient care is essential.
- Proficient in computer usage, particularly with word processing, spreadsheets, and medical software.
