Job Title: Child Development Director

About Us: LABRANCHES CHILDCARE CENTER is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education to children of all ages. Our comprehensive curriculum includes special infant care, toddler phonics program, pull-up potty training program, pre-kindergarten learning, and transportation for before and after care for school-aged children.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Child Development Director to lead our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in early childhood education or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in child development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with DCFS regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in early childhood education or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in child development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds
