Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized learning plans, conducting regular progress assessments, and communicating with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless collaboration and support. You will also contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives and help shape the future direction of our organization.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Child Development or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with young children
  • Strong knowledge of child development theories and principles
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
