Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant, you will:
- Establish and nurture in-person, trusted relationships with patients.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing equipment safely and effectively, maintaining inspection and maintenance logs, and reporting any malfunctioning equipment.
- Adhering to the medical protocols established for each patient, while being mindful of specific precautions (e.g., Total Hip Replacement, Total Knee Replacement, Cardiac, Wound Care).
You will employ safe treatment methods, including but not limited to:
- Transfers and positioning
- Feeding assistance
- Splinting
- Paraffin baths
- Cryotherapy
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
- Valid CPR certification.
- A current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation or public transit.
