Key Responsibilities:
  • Review event documentation to determine staffing needs, room arrangements, and service requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate setup of all events while adhering to quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide daily reports on event operations, including revenue and staffing updates.
  • Develop and manage weekly employee schedules.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage payroll reporting.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces.
  • Participate in all relevant meetings and communicate updates to team members.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in event management.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification required.
  • Experience with timekeeping and payroll systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Skills:
  • Knowledge of fine dining and banquet service standards.
  • Experience with audiovisual setups and event coordination.
  • Strong understanding of beverage service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Commitment to high standards of service and cleanliness.
