Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of our Client Care Specialist is to deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. Key responsibilities include:
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and effectively communicating with clients.
  • Managing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and utilizing office equipment.
  • Handling a busy multi-line phone system, including making and receiving calls.
  • Maintaining the appointment calendar, scheduling visits, and adjusting as necessary.
  • Possessing knowledge of small animal healthcare, including wellness checks, vaccination schedules, and routine lab procedures.
  • Accurately documenting all relevant medical and client information in patient records.
  • Welcoming clients and managing the check-in and check-out process.
  • Processing client transactions and assisting with cash drawer management.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality client service and patient care.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to learn practice management software.
