Customer Service Manager Front Desk

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager Front Desk to join our team at The Watermark Hotel. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and effective management of assigned staff. You will utilize your leadership skills to drive revenue, maximize profit, and ensure quality standards are met. In addition, you will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, coaching, and developing all team members within the department.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They will be responsible for managing expenses to maximize hotel profitability, overseeing financial results and cost control, and conducting routine inspections of front desk operations to maintain standards per B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, local, state, and federal regulations.
This position also requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in an environment with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines. The successful candidate will adhere to all B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group Standard Operating Procedures and promote a positive, professional work environment.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
