Role Overview

  • Organize and replenish cleaning supplies
  • Collect and manage soiled linens
  • Examine and refresh linens as needed
  • Sanitize and maintain cleanliness in designated areas
  • Ensure guest rooms are kept to the highest standards
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests
  • Restock cleaning materials as necessary
  • Report any maintenance concerns promptly
  • Adhere to safety protocols
  • Support other departments when required

Required Qualifications

  • Basic proficiency in English
