Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing high-quality furniture products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Feed raw materials into production machinery
  • Supply materials to other departments/team members
  • Assemble furniture on production lines
  • Use tools to assemble/manufacture furniture
  • Monitor the production process
  • Meet physical requirements of the position
  • Be able to work with small air-powered tools
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor(s)
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Physical Demands

This position demands physical stamina and ability to lift up to 60 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.

Requirements
  • Previous fast-paced manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to use power tools (such as staple guns) to assemble parts
  • Must prioritize safety in the workplace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
