Quad is seeking a skilled Ink Jet Operator to join our team in Chalfont, PA. As a key member of our Converting Press operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup and operation of all Ink Jet equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate inkjet, digital print, or both, and perform basic operator maintenance and repair of all Ink Jet-related Converting press equipment.
- Assist the Ink Jet Support Technicians in troubleshooting and repairing non-routine problems.
- Support the press crew with press setup and webbing up the press as required.
- Requires knowledge of inkjet, digital or related equipment, adjustments, and operating characteristics of the equipment.
- Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitious tasks.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Good verbal and written comprehension, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
