Position Overview
We are in search of an experienced Architectural Project Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in design and exceptional client service skills. Experience in an Architectural/Engineering Consultancy or a construction-related firm is essential.

Key Responsibilities
The Architectural Project Leader will oversee the entire lifecycle of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting site visits for inspections and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Managing the procurement of construction bids and selecting qualified contractors.
  • Facilitating and mediating construction contracts.
  • Ensuring project teams meet quality standards, schedules, contractual obligations, and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
  • Registration as an Architect in New York is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Significant experience in the field.
  • Familiarity with public sector projects, including K-12, Higher Education, and Municipalities.
  • In-depth knowledge of New York State codes.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project is a plus).

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between $105,000 and $125,000, influenced by factors such as relevant experience, education, and work location.
