Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess member financial situations and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Utilize knowledge of financial products and services to provide consultative services and ensure member satisfaction.
  • Mentor and train other employees on financial services and policies.
  • Complete projects, reports, and data entry tasks related to financial services.
  • Perform collections on delinquent accounts through various communication channels.
  • Update records, process payments, and maintain reporting for financial services.
  • Prepare and review documents related to financial activities and assist members with settlement offers.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of collections experience in a financial institution, with at least 1 year in loss mitigation, workouts, bankruptcy, repossession, or foreclosures.
  • Knowledge of Fannie Mae servicing preferred.
  • Basic lending experience and a business-related degree preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Intermittent standing, sitting, and walking.
  • Using hands repetitively for computer and office equipment tasks.
  • Reaching with hands and arms, lifting and carrying between 5 and 25 pounds.
