Enterprise Integration Developer for Talent Grids

As an Enterprise Integration Developer, you will play a critical role in building, enhancing, and implementing integration frameworks between HR management systems and third-party systems. This hands-on technical position demands a strong analytical background, data modeling skills, and programming expertise.

The ideal candidate will have experience with HR integrations, specifically between HR management systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP) and third-party systems (Active Directory, Salesforce, Sailpoint, Jobvite, HireIn). Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring seamless synchronization of HR data among all enterprise applications through continuous improvement of integrations, support, and execution of roadmap projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, support, and enhance back-end integration solutions to connect LinkedIn enterprise systems
  • Innovate and evaluate new technologies, such as PaaS, to leverage cutting-edge integration capabilities
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops, review business/functional requirement documents, author technical design documents, testing plans, and scripts
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and Facility teams to streamline and automate data delivery and synchronization among enterprise applications
  • Assist with implementing standard operating procedures, facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives, and drive improvements using technical knowledge and expertise
  • Create insightful, automated dashboards and visualizations to track key business metrics

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in system integration development
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with Python and Java programming languages
  • Experience with object and data modeling
  • Experience with open-source databases, tools, and variants (Postgres, MySQL)
  • Experience with integration design and development using Web Services, SOAP, and middleware; XML XSLT and SQL

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expert knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Java, C#)
  • Understanding of software architecture
  • Highly self-driven, execution-focused individual with a willingness to be resourceful and strategic to deliver results
  • Demonstrated large-scale project management and implementation expertise
  • Understanding of development methodology and actual experience writing functional and technical design specifications
  • Experience with database and query optimization, debugging, QA functions, user-defined functions, views, indexes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong prior technical development background with hands-on solution design experience
  • ERP and platform configuration implementation experience (Workday, SAP, Siebel, Oracle, Peoplesoft)
  • Comfortable with modern frameworks and technologies; ability to mentor and work with technical team members
  • Demonstrated experience resolving complex business and application problems
