What You'll Do:
  • Provide quality care in post-acute facilities as an RN
  • Develop care plans and best options with medical staff and residents
  • Administer appropriate treatments and medications to residents
  • Ensure proper staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
  • Work with residents and family members regarding best care options
  • Supervise and train nursing and other staff, as needed
