Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Windham, New Hampshire. As an Occupational Therapist with ProCare Therapy, you will deliver vital therapy services to students with disabilities in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate students' skills and create personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
  • Conduct therapy sessions within the school environment, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure effective support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with disabilities, working closely with staff to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of services rendered.
  • Monitor student progress and update treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that students receive the best possible support to achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current OT License in your state, with experience working with children in educational settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  1. Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter to discuss your qualifications and experience.
  2. Follow-up 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district to further discuss your fit for the role.
  3. Job offer typically made within 24-48 hours after the interview, pending a successful background check and reference verification.
