- Enhance patient care by guiding our exceptional Environmental Services team, which plays a vital role in infection prevention.
- Organize, oversee, and allocate tasks to environmental services personnel, including technicians and floor care specialists.

- Conduct inspections, engage in rounds, maintain documentation, and hold regular meetings with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Education:
Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred - Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
Minimum - Two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience in a large organization.
Preferred - Five (5) years of supervisory experience in an acute healthcare setting.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Hazardous waste awareness certification, to be obtained within the first year of employment.
If driving a company vehicle is required, the following conditions apply:
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate a UW Health fleet vehicle and 25 years old for vehicles designed for 15 or more passengers.
- Must meet the insurance requirements of the Hospital's risk management, which includes having a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and passing a driving background check.
