Role Description – Loan Originator
We are seeking experienced loan originators to contribute to our expanding organization. In this role, you will engage directly with clients to provide mortgage advice and financing solutions, facilitating the origination of residential loans for both purchases and refinancing. Our skilled loan processing teams and operational staff are dedicated to delivering top-notch support and service, enabling you to elevate your business.
Your clientele will stem from a mix of previous clients, your own network of contacts, and realtor partnerships, in addition to leads generated through various channels, corporate collaborations, media, and joint ventures designed to enhance your business growth.

Compensation and Benefits:
This role operates on a commission-based W-2 employment model, offering some of the most attractive compensation plans available in the industry.
