Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Mobile Deployment Technician. As part of our IT department, you will be responsible for assisting with mobile device refreshes and replacements, collaborating with other IT professionals to execute large-scale migration projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of our wireless network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upgrade and configure iPhones and iPads, resolving any technical difficulties and educating users on proper usage, backup procedures, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute large-scale migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on wireless device usage, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Work closely with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the highest level of service quality.

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision; can provide limited leadership to others; able to manage medium complexity work efforts.
  • Industry experience is a plus, but not required.
