Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the activities of the pharmacy department to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Provide clinical expertise in general medicine, surgical, intensive care, obstetrics, pediatrics, emergency care, oncology, peri-operative, geriatrics, and outpatient services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Requirements:

  • Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
  • B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $59.57 to $80.43, with the exact starting compensation determined at the time of hire based on skillset, experience, education, and credentials.
