Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, you will work with a selected caseload of clients, performing biopsychosocial assessments, participating in multi-disciplinary treatment, and discharge planning. Your expertise will be essential in delivering personalized, top-tier care that fosters healing and improves wellbeing.

Job Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree and Current Indiana Licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PSY.D, LPCC) or License Eligibility
  • At least 2 years prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with residential treatment experience preferred
  • Commitment to client, family, and referent satisfaction
  • Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude
  • Impeccable ethics, integrity, and customer relations skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to use an EMR
  • Knowledge of 'best practices' behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologies
  • Knowledge of MAT services or MAT certification preferred
  • Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to understand the requirements of the clientele
