Role Summary

A Seasonal Sales Associate plays a vital role in driving sales through exceptional customer service and a unique shopping experience. This position requires a genuine passion for delivering personalized service to each customer, ensuring they feel welcome, heard, and valued.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience
  • Engage with customers in a personalized way, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Support a selling environment on the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
  • Utilize technology to provide a seamless customer experience, including transactions, size and color assistance, and order placement for unavailable items.
Teamwork + Communication
  • Build productive relationships with peers, seeking support when needed and making an effort to help others.
  • Participate in product knowledge sharing, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
  • Contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
  • Provide insights on customer and employee experiences, communicating feedback to Store Leadership.
Visual + Business Operations
  • Understand the impact of service and selling on every shift, contributing to the store's business success.
  • Support the shipment process, gaining awareness of new products and restocks, and contributing to omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels.
  • Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards, focusing on the customer experience and staying current on merchandising updates.

  • Team player with ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Starting pay: USD $15.50/Hr. Please note that full-time roles may be eligible for the Sales Bonus Program, resulting in a higher total compensation range.
