Automotive Mechanic and Diagnostic Specialist Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic and Diagnostic Specialist to join our team at Rock Hill Ford. **Estimated Salary Range:** $50,000 - $70,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week, $19.23-$34.62/hour)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices through ongoing training and education.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Participate in quality control initiatives to maintain high service standards.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive service or related field;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
