Job Summary

The Network Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, including servers, desktops, and project support. This role requires a strong understanding of information technology, network infrastructure, and project management concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
  • Configure and maintain servers, email applications, and virus protection software
  • Assist with technical support for voice services and equipment
  • Monitor data backups and disaster recovery operations
  • Provide technical support for computer problems and initial setup
  • Implement and maintain system hardware and software solutions

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Network Administration
  • Knowledge of Systems, Hardware, Networking, and cloud services
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Servers and O365 administration
  • Deep understanding of server topologies and domain controllers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Complex Problem Solving and Analytical skills

Education
Bachelor's degree in information technology or relevant certifications are required or equivalent experience
