Job Summary

As a Corporate IT Architect - HR Systems Specialist at NiSource, you will be responsible for providing architecture leadership for the corporate HR Systems and Applications. This role requires collaboration with business leaders and service providers to develop and implement solution architecture strategies, as well as developing methodologies and processes to ensure compliance to those strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Technology Roadmaps aligned with approved IT Investments and approved by IT Leadership.
- Conduct project architecture reviews in a timely manner with appropriate quality.
- Publish up-to-date and adhered to architecture standards, frameworks, patterns, and procedures.
- Reduce the cost of IT via effective reuse, processes, and adherence to standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in plan/build/run of HR systems and applications.
- 5+ years of experience working with a variety of infrastructure and security domains, e.g., Cloud, Data center, Network, Hosting, Service Management.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Workday.
- Experience with LMS.
- Experience with ServiceNow, including application management functions.
- Experience with HR Time and Attendance applications.
- SAP experience.
- Salesforce experience.
