Job SummaryAs an Automotive Technician at Midas, you'll be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks. Your expertise will be utilized to analyze and resolve issues with various vehicle systems, including tires, tire repair, car heating and air conditioning, steering and suspension, belts and hoses, and radiator and engine cooling systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicle systems.
- Conduct visual safety and courtesy inspections to ensure vehicles are in safe operating condition.
- Perform starting and charging of batteries, oil changes, and mufflers and exhaust services.
- Utilize computer diagnostics and manual testing to diagnose and repair complex issues.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of vehicle systems and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies are also essential.
What We OfferMidas offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
