Motivate is in search of an Operations Supervisor to support the seamless functioning of our Bike Fleet Management sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and involves a variety of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the routing of the Bike Fleet team to facilitate bike repairs and ensure timely inspections of the bike fleet.
- Develop and oversee scheduling while managing daily operations for both field and depot technicians.
- Assist in the recruitment process for core bike mechanics, which includes interviewing, onboarding, and training.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and that all staff comply with safety procedures during field operations and warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with various departments such as operations, bike fleet, and safety to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain and track inventory for both field and warehouse operations, working closely with the Inventory Management team.
- Conduct metrics tracking, analyze performance data, and generate comprehensive reports on bike status and operational events.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, with leadership experience managing an hourly operations team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- A valid Driver's License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clear and effective communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others both internally and externally.
