  • Promote the food and beverage services to ensure financial success.
  • Verify customer identification and age compliance.
  • Manage tabs throughout the shift.
  • Establish rapport with regular patrons to enhance the atmosphere.
  • Craft both classic and inventive cocktails and serve beers correctly.
  • Ensure cleanliness of glassware and bar tools.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and social awareness.
  • Adeptness in assessing customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
  • Ability to enforce company policies regarding alcohol consumption.
  • Accountability in managing inventory and processing payments.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Outgoing demeanor, positive attitude, and strong communication abilities.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service protocols.
  • Focus on member service.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance.
  • Integrity and honesty.
  • Food handling certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience is required; experience in a country club setting is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Computer Skills:

  • Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, point of sale, and reservation systems.

Work Environment:

  • Work is conducted in a country club, bar, and restaurant setting.
  • Regular communication with members and employees is required (good conversational English skills).
  • Physical demands may include bending, reaching, kneeling, and stooping.
  • May involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and over 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking may be required.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary, along with good conversational English skills, punctuality, and appropriate presentation for a country club environment.

Position Type and Expected Hours:
