Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at UNC Health. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and share your expertise with colleagues.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying and reporting concerns, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families, promoting their ability to advocate for themselves.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience.
