Job Title: Compliance Specialist

Location: Woodsville, NH (in-person)

Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is a community bank in New Hampshire that serves the financial needs of businesses and consumers in the area. Currently, we are seeking a Compliance Specialist to support our bank-wide initiative to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This is a Monday through Friday position located in our main branch in Woodsville, NH.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and file Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) as required.
  • Review daily BSA/AML reports and alerts, and perform documented reviews of potential suspicious activity.
  • Assist with OFAC monitoring and review of potential matches.
  • Ensure Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes are followed and reviewed.
  • Review internal fraud reports to identify potential BSA cases and SAR filings.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to use and learn computer-based systems.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
