About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Analytics Analyst to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing web and mobile app data to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  • Design, implement, and test analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics, Test & Target, and Adobe Audience Manager
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish KPIs and metrics for new products and site enhancements
  • Provide strategic recommendations and support to business, marketing, and IT initiatives
  • Interface with business and marketing managers to provide digital analytics support for web strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics, with a strong focus on data analysis and insights
  • Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is highly preferred
  • Strong experience creating Adobe-based processing rules and classifications
  • Proven ability to administer Adobe, create report suites, and design SDRs
  • Expertise in creating complex dashboards with sales funnels, flow paths, and product string tracking

Nice to Have:

  • Ability to code and implement in Adobe Launch (JavaScript and basic HTML)
  • Ability to work independently to meet multiple project deadlines and handle multiple tasks
