Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
- Accurately prepare and review documentation and medical records.
- Educate clients about our services and practices.
- Manage appointments, emergencies, and client inquiries while ensuring exceptional care and satisfaction.
- Process invoices and payments with precision.
- Maintain and update client and pet records in compliance with legal standards.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and emailing.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives.
- Recognize when to seek guidance in client-related matters outside standard protocols.
About You:
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate positive relationships.
- Have a basic understanding of Windows-based computer applications.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Compensation begins at $16, with variations based on experience. Shift differentials are available for weekend and overnight shifts.
