The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are maintained in optimal condition. This role involves performing a variety of tasks across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical systems management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Maintenance: Conduct repairs and maintenance on various systems, ensuring all areas are in good working order.
  • Electrical Work: Troubleshoot and repair electrical appliances and systems, including motors and hand tools.
  • Plumbing Tasks: Address plumbing issues such as leaks and blockages using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Tile and Surface Repair: Maintain and repair tiled surfaces, ensuring aesthetic and functional integrity.
